Understanding your animal influencers

We’re all different, and we all have our own strengths, vulnerabilities, and fears.

Imagine your business as the animal world – you wouldn’t expect a lion and a meerkat to get on, so should you expect different people to work well together if they don’t really understand each other?

At the core of our approach to leadership is our psychology-based TRAIT Test. It uses animal influencers to help you explore your own and your colleagues’ behaviours in a simple, accessible and memorable way.

Is your lion roaring too loudly? Is your cheetah running too far ahead? Does your ostrich have its head in the sand?

Focussing on self leadership

When a team isn’t working well together, it’s easy for us to blame everyone but ourselves.
We’ll help your leaders develop the self-awareness needed to truly understand their own behaviours and what could be holding them back, before they judge the actions of others.

With plenty of opportunity for role play and practical examples in a non-judgmental, supportive environment, we’ll work with you to put better self- leadership habits into practice in situations where your vulnerabilities and fears can be triggered. Working this way we’ll help you build on your strengths and deal with unhelpful behaviours in a constructive way.
