Stand and Deliver
High-Impact Presentation Skills for Leaders
Let’s talk about the moment many brilliant leaders quietly dread.
You can have the best ideas in the room.
The clearest thinking.
The sharpest strategy.
The experience.
The fancy title.
But when you stand up in front of an audience…
Your heart races.
Your voice tightens.
Your confidence deserts you.
Your brain, unhelpfully, chooses that exact moment to go offline.
Credibility starts leaking before the audience has even finished settling into their seats.
Not because you’re incapable.
Because you’re uncomfortable being seen.
And leadership requires visibility.
Over the past 25 years I’ve helped gazillions* of leaders develop the confidence to speak up, be heard and influence the room.

What this is:
Stand and Deliver transforms how leaders show up when all eyes are on them.
When your brain freezes
⬇
Understand the pressure response. And speak clearly anyway.
High Impact Delivery
⬇
Own the message.
Hold the room.
Make ideas land
⬇
Simple frameworks.
Clear impact.
Nowhere to hide
⬇
Maximum six leaders.
Plenty of attention.
Nowhere to quietly disappear.
What this isn’t:
NOT a Powerpoint course
⬇
We won’t be talking fonts, animations or transitions.
NOT passive learning
⬇
You won’t sit quietly taking notes.
NOT generic presentation tips
⬇
No vague advice. No “Loved that!” unspecific feedback.
NOT a cringe confidence workshop
⬇
No “imagine the audience naked”.
We promise.
Why smart leaders stay small
You’re capable.
You’ve got the thinking.
The experience.
The ideas.
You just quietly hope someone else volunteers to present them.
Because when you have to stand up and speak in front of people?
Something shifts.
You:
• Avoid it if you can
• Overthink every word
• Wake at 3am replaying worst-case scenarios
• Grip your notes like they’re oxygen
• Read from a script because it feels safer
• Talk too fast and lose your structure
• Leave the room knowing you didn’t quite land it
(Even though you absolutely should have.)
So next time, you’re suddenly “happy for someone else to take this one.”
You perfect the art of looking busy when presentation slots are being handed out.
Not because you lack ability.
Because the gap between having great ideas and delivering them with confidence is wider than you’d like.
Stand and Deliver closes that gap.
Small group. Serious shift.
This is a two-day, in-house experience, delivered at your place and limited to six leaders so there’s nowhere to hide and plenty of individual attention.
Before we even begin, each participant has a 1:1 conversation with Jo, partly so we understand what you want to strengthen, partly so you don’t arrive on day one contemplating escape routes. (It happens more than you might think.) And after the programme, there’s a follow-up coaching call to make sure the confidence and clarity carry into real presentations, not just the training room.
Want to attend without your colleagues?
Stand and Deliver also runs as a small-group programme for individual leaders. Places are limited to six and current dates are fully booked. When the next programme opens, those on the waiting list get first refusal on the available spaces. If you’d like to be first to hear when the next cohort is announced, get in touch and I’ll add you to the list.
Over two focused, practical days, you won’t just learn tips, you’ll change how you show up when you stand in front of an audience.
Somewhere during those two days, something clicks.
And suddenly the internal dialogue changes:
From: “How quickly can I get off this stage?”
To: “I can’t wait to step up.”
Imagine a team of leaders like that.
